Strength and Conditioning
For those looking to build a solid foundation or strength and fitness, this is the class for you. We work many of the classical lifts like deadlifts, bench press, squats as well as mix in elements from strongman training to challenge the body like never before! Time will be taken at the start of the class to properly warm up to mobilize and activate the body. High intensity circuits are also incorporated at the end of class for a healthy mix of both strength and conditioning work. All levels welcome!
