In Goal focused private training, during your first session we will sit down and discuss your activity history, injury history, set some goals as well as identify any obstacles that may be standing in your way. We will perform a full physical assessment to identify any mobility or stability issues that need to be addressed during the training. This process will allow your coach to formulate a training plan and path to achieve your goals and get the results you want.

TECHNIQUE FOCUSED TRAINING

TECHNIQUE FOCUSED TRAINING

In Technique focused training, the purpose of the sessions is to learn and perfect technique with a tool such as a kettlebell, barbell, mace, etc. Your coach will begin with a short assessment to ensure that you are able to move and learn safely.
