We have a wide range of group classes offered in a positive and community atmosphere. Our classes are limited to a maximum of 10 participants per class to ensure that you are receiving a lot of trainer attention and are working safely and effectively. All of our classes are accessible to all skill levels. Our coaches are fully qualified and able to provide progressions or regressions as needed to ensure that you are working at your level and are being challenged!
